Job Description Manages the staff and activities related to Behavioral Health activities. Oversees program operations including budgeting and financial monitoring. Prepares reports and ensures compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Job Responsibility: - Provides leadership to Behavioral Health team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives. - Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system. - Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports; ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion. - Manages day-to day activities of assigned treatment program. - Participates in program planning and evaluation. - Coordinates and oversees development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures to facilitate optimal functioning of the program. - Oversees the development and implementation of treatment modalities and performs assessments to monitor their performance. - Assists the Department Head in conducting Performance Improvement activities to ensure that program services are provided in an efficient and effective manner. - Main...
