Description Job Summary : The Barback is primarily responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables for the next guest. Secondary responsibilities include assisting Bartenders in providing excellent guest service, and the proper maintenance, stocking, and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, bar tops, bar lounge and restrooms.
