Job description

We are seeking a Reliability Maintenance Planner for our San Jose, CA plant. This role is critical to driving equipment reliability and overall plant performance through strong planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities. You will partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, and cross ‑ functional teams to ensure work is planned effectively, executed safely, and aligned to plant priorities in a fast ‑ paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
