Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document requirements by engaging with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work closely with team members, gather input, understand concerns, and incorporate feedback into well-structured requirements.
