Job description
As a Global Real Estate Resiliency Associate on the Global Real Estate Resiliency Team, you will be a critical member of a team that aims to reshape the way the firm approaches designing, building, and delivering resilient infrastructure throughout our Global Real Estate portfolio. In this role, you will help manage real estate and technology projects, ensure policy alignment and compliance, and work with firmwide partners across the globe. You will collaborate with leaders across Global Real Estate, Firmwide Resiliency, controls, risk, compliance, and audit to drive the delivery of best in class real estate. Job responsibilities: - Partner with Transactions, Design & Construction, and other lines of business throughout the real estate delivery life cycle to ensure that business requirements are being met - Support third-party/vendor risk oversight for critical services (e.g., MEP maintenance, security, janitorial, mail, food services). - Support the governance framework for Global Real Estate (GRE) Resiliency, including standards, policies, controls, and reporting across regions. - Maintain and enhance site-level and portfolio-level Resiliency Profiles across +70mm SF of corporate...
