Americold – Helping our customers Feed the World We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Customer Service & Support Specialist to act as a central point of contact for customers, internal departments, and external partners. The role combines customer service, billing support, procurement assistance, customs coordination, and administrative responsibilities, as well as front office duties. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset in a logistics-oriented environment.
