Compensation Range: $24.00 - $36.00 Hourly Rate Job Description Summary: As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, provide HR related support and resources to all Swinerton companies; as well as, maintain and execute HR and compliance data, programs, and records. Job Description: Position Responsibilities and Duties - Act as primary administrator for drug/alcohol screening program which includes reviewing/monitoring results for errors and red flags; following up with HR Partners regarding necessary actions, distributing and following up on random selections to ensure compliance; ordering CCFs, maintain DER training needs, submit DER specific location access - Administer Company’s Preferred Driver program, which includes ordering, reviewing and reporting on employee motor vehicle reports on a regular basis - Administer companywide third-party State Compliance Job Board program; as well as track and report on utilization and placement success - Maintain active and terminated employee files, including converting active to terminated each month - Maintain current listing of Federal, State, Local and Company mandated employment posting requirements, and distribute notifications and...
