Job Details: RVI Scranton Rendering Generalist Maintenance - Production Pay Range: $18.95 - $25.80 Shift Pay: $2.00 or $3.00 Functions: · To Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture · Receive training as required · Perform various positions as required/assigned Description: This position is responsible for the production operation and will unload and wash all trailers, tankers and reefers, monitor cookers and soap and wash all areas of the plant. Load trucks, maintain the control room and complete accurate paperwork. Check lubrication on machinery, change oil and belts on gear boxes, perform equipment PM and auger inspections. Will assist maintenance when needed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Tasks: These positions require standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 60 pounds, shoveling, climbing stairs and ladders up to 30 feet, bending, stretching, reaching, working in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors.
