Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

Job description

Position Summary The Infusion Nurse is a mobile registered nurse who delivers on-site IV infusion therapy, blood transfusions, and type and screen draws directly at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and other designated client sites across an assigned regional pod. You will drive to client locations daily, set up and administer treatments, monitor patients during and after procedures, document care, and move to the next facility. This is a fully field-based role.
