Job DetailsJob Location: HAMILTON, TX 76531JOB SUMMARY: Responds to emergency calls and facilitates patient transfers. Provides essential first aid and medical care to patients in emergency situations, ensuring their comfort and safety. Communicates vital patient information to dispatch and maintains accurate patient care records in compliance with ambulance service protocols. Ensures vehicles and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition to support efficient operations. OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Class I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Emergency Vehicle Operation and Maintenance Safely operates emergency vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and best practices for emergency response. Ensures the safe and efficient transport of critically ill or injured patients to medical facilities or designated locations, following all safety protocols. Performs daily checks and cleaning of the ambulance and medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and readiness. Reports necessary maintenance or repairs to the supervisor to ensure vehicle and equipment reliability.
