We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Intern FX Dealer/Account Manager to join our growing team in Milan, Italy. Are you enthusiastic and do you want to grow with us? Come and joins us! What will you Do?: You will have the opportunity to join a growing team that will help you gain knowledge and experience in the FX industry. You will have essential exposure to the FX market, learn how to quote rates, close an FX deal and monitor various currencies’ positions through mentoring. Below you will find a list of your duties and responsibilities as soon as you have gained enough knowledge and confidence in dealing with a client by yourself. - As soon as a client has been introduced to our platform by the Sales Executive team and has made transactions, you are the client’s point of contact; - You ensure the growth of your portfolio by initiating and executing proactive cross-sell & up-sell strategies; - You build and maintain long-term relationships with clients; - You have meetings in face to face with your clients; - You work closely with our FX Sales team in order to maximize your clients’ satisfaction; - You optimize international payments, FX exposure and hedging strategies...
