Job Description: The Finance Analyst position assists with financial planning and analysis, actuals processes, and systems/tools for the R&D HQ team. The responsibility encompasses portions of the HQ annual expense budgets and supports the Assistant Controller, R&D, and the Director, R&D FP&A. This position also works closely with R&D functional Finance Directors and the R&D Actuals team. The Finance Analyst will also lead the monthly LBE, Plan, and LRP Internals Demand and Capacity processes and will be the primary point person for the R&D Strategic Resourcing (RDSR) team.
