Description As General Manager of The Nolen , you will oversee all aspects of daily operations for our rooftop restaurant and bar. This includes leading the team, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining the highest quality in food and beverage while operating within budgetary goals. You will serve as the face of the venue, driving both guest satisfaction and financial performance. This position may require flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
