Job Description T&E Specialist - Decatur, IL General: - The Source to Pay group in Global Business Services is responsible for the processes of accounts payable and travel and expense. This includes invoice processing, payment processing, reporting, invoice exception, monitoring, and inquiry resolution related to the processes. The group will support the initiatives of the Source to Pay Global Process Owner and will comply with SOX controls for invoice and payment processing. The group will follow ADM’s Global Non-Commodity Procure-to-Pay Process Policy, Global Travel Policy, and Purchase Card Policy. - T&E Specialists at ADM Global Business Services have proven ability to think and work independently. They possess the ability to identify problems or opportunities for improvement and regularly propose solutions to problems. T&E Specialists are expected to independently manage projects of increasing complexity and have a strong understanding of accounting systems and processes.
