Note: We are only open to Individuals who reside in India for this position. About the Role: We’re hiring an AI Video Designer to elevate how video storytelling shows up across our marketing. This isn’t a role for a traditional editor who executes a timeline. We need an AI-first creative with the human taste and marketing intuition to know when a story needs a human touch to resonate. You’ll partner with our marketing team to shape campaigns from the idea stage, then bring them to life as videos that are clear, purposeful, and high-performing. You’ll report to the Marketing Design Team Lead and partner daily with our performance marketing, brand, social and content teams to co-create campaigns. You’ll also coach other designers, setting the creative bar for an AI-augmented production workflow. Key Responsibilities: What Success Looks Like in Your First 3 Months - Know when to use AI, and when not to.
