Senior Systems Engineer

Overview Expleo is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a complex marine platform programme. The role requires an engineer who can operate autonomously within a client organisation, taking full ownership of Work Package items (typical Problem and Change Reports) and delivering system-aware corrective actions that provide clear, visible value to the programme. This position replaces an existing role and demands strong professionalism, technical judgement, and client-facing capability. Responsibilities: - Own and resolve Work Package Items end-to-end, from investigation through to corrective action implementation. - Conduct system solution reviews , including system decomposition and requirements management. - Maintain full requirements traceability across system, sub-system, and software levels. - Support system-level design activities for vehicle control subsystems and associated implementation hardware. - Apply safety-aware systems engineering principles in line with regulated engineering environments. - Provide system-level hardware and interface understanding to ensure coherent designs. - Operate professionally on client site, representing Expleo credibly and independent...
