Job description

Job Summary The Manager IT Product is responsible for leading the IT product team and facilitating cross functional teams to support product delivery and system operations using industry best practices, guiding solution design that aligns with the IT strategic roadmap, and delivering value to business stakeholders. The Product Manager owns the product life cycle for the IT product managing the resource allocation and backlog prioritization, and closely partnering with the Product Owner and business stakeholders providing insight, feedback, and strategic recommendations regarding product performance, quality, and utilization capability. Provides servant leadership to an agile team by educating and coaching team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiencies, delivering incremental customer value, and embracing continuous improvement. This position will be part of the Information Technology team.
