Beverly Hospital Emergency Department is a Level III Trauma Center, Gold Stroke Certified and Emergent Percutaneous Cardiac Intervention Center. We serve as the primary point of entry for patients to access these services. The department is always staffed with engaged Emergency Medicine Board Certified Physicians and Mid-Level Clinicians 24/7, and a Children’s Hospital Emergency Physician during prime hours. The department consists of 33 private exam rooms within 3 separate zones to provide specialized care which includes: 2 major trauma rooms, 6 negative pressure rooms, pediatric rooms, fast-track, and a 10-bed secured behavioral health area.
