Description Job Summary: The Implementation Analyst I role manages implementation projects for broker teams conducting employee benefit services and enrollments. The purpose of this position is to partner with the broker team in the onboarding process to gather information on the client's current Benefit processes and to effectively configure the Benefits Administration portal. In this role you will work under the direction of the department manager and closely with the Broker team to ensure their client expectations are continually met or exceeded. You will provide implementation project management, system configuration, and ongoing technical support to new and existing clients.
