Job description

As a Front-End Driver, you are the face of our service and a critical link in our environmental mission. You will operate heavy-duty front-load commercial vehicles to provide essential waste and recycling services to multi-family residential and commercial clients. This isn't just a driving job—it’s a role for a precision operator who can manage complex routes, navigate tight urban spaces, and prioritize safety above all else. Key Responsibilities: Precision Operation: Maneuver commercial frontload vehicles into high-traffic and minimum-clearance areas, utilizing advanced mirror techniques and spatial awareness to back up and position equipment safely. Route Management: Execute assigned commercial/multi-family routes efficiently using GPS and key maps, ensuring 100% fulfillment of customer contracts. Physical Execution: Access container enclosures and manually maneuver 3–4 yard containers on castors into position for mechanical dumping. Safety & Compliance: Conduct rigorous pre- and post-trip inspections (DVIR). Adhere to all DOT regulations, company safety standards, and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
