JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for receiving all tooth and related parts orders from customers, fills orders, and prepares for same day shipment. Interacts with Sales Reps on a regular basis regarding status of customer orders. Handles related customer service issues. Performs general functions including receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, damages, and inventory control. Required to assist with taking periodic inventory, typically on a quarterly basis or as required, on an after business hours basis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Fills all customer orders by picking the appropriate products specified or coordinates drop shipments with vendors to have products shipped directly to customer. Responsible for maintaining 100% accuracy. Processes all filled customer orders to ship in the same day. Uses online systems to track location of shipments. Performs general functions including receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, damages, and inventory control for teeth and related parts.
