JOB POSTING: TITLE: Asst. Shift Supervisor (3rd Shift) POSITION OBJECTIVE: Provide support to Shift Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Previous production experience is a must, preferably in an injection molding environment. The associate must have the ability to run all injection molding machines and have a strong understanding of the utility position. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook) - Basic SAP is preferred as daily use of SAP may be required in this position. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Remains highly visible on the shop floor, coordinating assignments of all production personnel. - Assigns work locations and tasks.
