YOUR ROLE: As an Engineering Project Leader on our team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, and driving engineering excellence. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. In your daily job you will: - Responsible for the Design Reviews & Peer Reviews and completeness of the Design Review workbook in compliance with PDP process. - Responsible for the Technical Risk Register and overall risk mitigation plans. - Assure the engineering competencies are considering design for manufacturability (DFA, DFM). - Approve Start/Stop/Change/Signoff of engineering activity on component level work packages. - Mediate technical...
