Description POSITION SUMMARY: RN/LPN is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to, administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs. Essential Duties: - Assisting with the taking and recording of daily client vital signs and assessments - Administering medications and treatments as per provider protocol - Assisting with client admissions and discharges - Recording client observations and reporting to the medical team as needed - Compassionately interacting with the client population to encourage engagement in treatment - Maintain a safe and sanitary environment - Attending staff trainings and meetings as required by the employer - Communicating with the pharmacy as needed - Completing client nursing admissions not limited to: intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, GeneSight swabbing - Follows all policies and procedures with regard to client information protection, including alcohol-drug client confidentiality and HIPAA - Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Current unrestricted licensure in GA (as required by facility) as an RN or LPN - Associate's degree in Registered Nursing - Able to read, analyze, and...
