Expectations and Tasks: Develop and assess strategies for IT organization and support processes. Identify the appropriate IT enabler to support the business strategy. Define detailed IT-landscape and transformation map based on enterprise requirements. Conduct IT-transformation management process in direction to BPP. Support system optimization. Leverage the capabilities of the SAP's latest technology platform(s) and reinforce their benefits. Implement and support the operation of technical system landscapes.
