The Transportation Operations Assistant will perform a variety of tasks depending on the needs of the day. Typical work includes reviewing the vehicle maintenance schedule and identifying vehicles due for service, coordinating with various departments to collect monthly vehicle mileage logs for the base fleet, and scheduling vehicles for their routine maintenance or recall work. In addition, the Transportation Operations Assistant will support the team by helping prepare and load equipment onto trucks and trailers for transport, ensuring everything is secure and ready for departure.
