Responsibilities include: Schedule: Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm- variable schedule to include: days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed- Per Diem 20-24 hours per week Must have a minimum of 3 days weekday availability to see patients Must be able to drive up to 75 miles one direction to see patients as needed (we offer mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay- even when driving!)
