Job Description Summary As the Schenectady Plant Leader, you will drive safe, high-quality, efficient operations at Onshore Wind’s manufacturing factory located in Schenectady, NY. This Plant Leader plays a key role in the U.S. and global supply chain as the factory delivers key turbine components for our industry-leading Onshore Wind business. As the Plant Leader, you will lead a multi-faceted team, build site safety culture, deliver quality products, lead with LEAN, and drive operation results aligned to customer deliverables.
