What you get to do: This role will lead all aspects of daily operations within one or more of the following Entertainment Operations work groups (stage, performance operations, costume characters, audio, video, lighting, and stagehands). You will: - Coach, mentor, direct, evaluate, and schedule staff - Lead the interview and orientation process of new ambassadors - Lead training and development of new and existing ambassadors - Write evaluations and assist in the development of ambassadors - Review the annual performance appraisal with ambassadors - Work with show producer and performance operations to maintain show standards - Maintain area labor and expense budgets - Produce and maintain accurate documentation - Maintain a safe work environment and safety requirements - Maintain cleanliness of all assigned work areas - Maintain, uphold and respect all ambassador confidentiality and leadership issues...
