Essential Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that solid waste materials are processed efficiently, on schedule, and according to approved procedures. This position involves the inspection of materials received at the Transfer Station, and includes determining and preventing the disposal of unauthorized, disallowed and/or incompatible materials at the Transfer Station.
