This role offers strong exposure to core HR topics such as performance, talent management, people data, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. You will contribute to the preparation of HR materials, coordination of meetings, and the continuous improvement of HR processes in an international environment. Key duties and responsibilities [: Main Duties and Responsibilities: HR Process Execution & Follow-up: Support the day‑to‑day coordination of HR activities for the Global HRBPs. Prepare documents, data reports, summaries, trackers, and presentations ahead of HR meetings. Help organise HR processes such as talent reviews, compensation review, performance discussions, and workshops. Track follow‑up actions and ensure information flows smoothly among stakeholders. HR Systems & Data Management: Assist in delivering the performance management cycle by gathering data, updating trackers, and preparing materials. Support talent reviews by helping prepare population analyses, calibration documents, and organisational insights. Prepare data inputs to support compensation and controlling cycles.
