Bench Technician - Paint Prep/Sander

Camtronics, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, a NYSE-traded company (NYSE: HEI) is seeking a Bench Technician. The Bench Technician-Paint Prep position is primarily responsible for performing sanding and bodywork repair of antennas. Responsibilities: - Completes taping and sanding of antenna exterior. - Performs bodywork and repair on antennas. - Works to approved documentation such as repair order, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI). - Use of shop tools and various shop equipment. - Document traceability of components used in assembly on manufacturing orders. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Work Experience: - Previous experience using shop tools in a production environment preferred. - Previous experience performing bodywork, painting or sanding tasks preferred. Specialized Knowledge or Abilities: - Language: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
