This role is for a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge and a strong point of view on experience, engagement, and digital transformation in Life Sciences. You bring creative curiosity, rigorous strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data, insights, and constraints into clear, compelling experience strategies that drive measurable business and patient outcomes. You are a trusted partner to senior clients and internal leaders, equally comfortable shaping vision at a macro level and guiding teams through detailed execution. You thrive at the intersection of data, technology, creativity, and human insight, and you play a critical role in defining how experience strategy shows up across large, complex engagements.
