Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Process Owner ! About the role: This role is responsible for the improvement, efficiencies, and effectiveness of internal processes within the business unit. The Sr. Process Owner will own and manage multiple processes including implementation, documentation, communication, maintenance, and improvement of processes. Processes may include multiple stakeholders, impact external partners or vendors, internal teams, have a moderately complex technology component and be medium to high risk. Leads medium to large system and process remediations and contributes to efforts to enhance and refine staffing models. Partners with and backs-up others in the department as needed to meet department objectives and goals.
