POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal operation. This role includes troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing equipment as needed to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and overall performance of production lines and machinery. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure the proper functioning and operation of all manufacturing machinery and related equipment, taking proactive measures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. - Inspect compressors to ensure efficient operation. - Make repair or adjustments to equipment or building as necessary to maintain production, including troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, new equipment installations, preventative maintenance, relocation, or safety related changes. - Adjust all equipment to a level whereby maximum accuracy and efficiency is achieved without compromising safety. - Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. - Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety. - Operate...
