Job description

Job Responsibilities: - Support senior bankers in the execution of private capital market deals, serving as a key member of deal teams. - Prepare and analyze financial models and projections tailored to private capital market transactions. - Assist in the development and refinement of marketing and execution materials to maximize client impact and engagement. - Conduct industry, company, and market research to support deal origination and execution. - Identify and assess risks associated with deals, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. - Coordinate with internal and external parties, including lawyers, accountants, and counterparties, to facilitate successful transactions. - Participate in client meetings, Q&A processes, and management interviews, supporting senior bankers and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
