In this impactful role, you will lead the employee-facing adjudication and case management of STIIP claims, while managing WorkSafeBC and LTD files for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with leaders, employees, unions, healthcare providers, and external partners, you will help create safe, timely, and sustainable return-to-work solutions that support both employees and operational needs.
