Overview Specialist, Digital Activation Puszkarska 7M Kraków 30-644 Poland: About the Role: The Specialist, Digital Activation supports regional digital transformation by coordinating and executing activation, change management, and training activities. You ensure that global strategies are adapted to regional needs, markets are fully prepared for go‑lives, and new digital tools are successfully adopted. The role involves close collaboration with local markets, regional teams, and external vendors. In This Role You Will: - Coordinate activation and change management for regional digital initiatives and feature rollouts. - Create and localize activation assets and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Track readiness, monitor market execution, and escalate risks when needed. - Support development, localization, and delivery of training plans and materials. - Manage training logistics and deliver sessions for internal teams and Distributors. - Maintain communication with stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams. - Draft internal updates and support intranet content related to activation and readiness.
