Help us in our mission to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live their best life. Graeme Close is in the popular Fishponds area and Blackhorse House is in Downend. Both services are unique move-on services for young people with learning disabilities and autism, or those slightly older who are living away from home for the first time. Both services provide a structured and welcoming environment that is designed to give people with learning disabilities and/or autism the space and support they need to gain skills, confidence and independence needed to flourish and transition into a more permanent setting.
