Department: 02190 WFBMG University Group Practice: Oak Ridge - Immediate Care Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday 3p-11p Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Position Requirements and Work Location: - Initial orientation will be conducted onsite at Kernersville Urgent Care. The primary work location for this position is Kernersville. - Following successful demonstration of job competency, reliability, and consistent performance, the position may be eligible for a remote work arrangement. Employees approved for remote work are required to report onsite for one clinic day per month. Position Responsibilities: - Primary duties include management of both incoming and outgoing telephone calls, as well as electronic in-basket communications and lab results. - The role requires strong knowledge of both adult and pediatric patient populations to appropriately assess, route, and respond to inquiries. - This position does not involve direct, hands-on patient care.
