Job Description: DXC Technology is seeking a high-potential, growth-oriented Account Executive to lead the expansion of our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) business within a major Financial Services client based in Zurich. This is a strategic growth role focused on significantly expanding the CES footprint within an account where DXC currently has a strong infrastructure presence but a relatively low penetration of Applications, Consulting, Data, and AI services. The successful candidate will define and execute DXC’s CES penetration strategy, using consulting-led sales and SME-driven engagements to establish credibility, open new buying centers, and create a bridgehead for large-scale transformation programs. This role requires an individual capable of building a business within an account, developing executive relationships, and leading consulting-led growth from a low install base to a scaled strategic partnership. Candidates with experience in pure-play Indian IT Services firms are strongly preferred, particularly those familiar with consulting-led account penetration models and offshore-enabled delivery expansion.
