Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a part-time Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Pharmasave in Salmon Arm, BC. Availability needed: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-5:30pm (occasional Saturdays) Qualifications: - Receive and accurately transcribe verbal prescriptions from healthcare providers - Ensure patient safety through accurate and high-quality preparation and release of medications - Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies - Process prescriptions by entering orders, counting, measuring, compounding, and packaging medications - Perform final checks on prepared prescriptions for accuracy and safety - Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards - Experience with compounding an asset, but not necessary.
