Description The University of Washington, Department of Pediatrics, Division of General Pediatrics and Seattle Children’s Hospital invites applications for a 1.0 FTE leadership position as a Clinical Associate or Clinical Professor. Rank is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Anticipated start date Winter 2026. Clinical Associate Professors and Clinical Professors hold annual appointments that align with a 12- month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms. Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. The successful candidate will assume the role of Medical Director for the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC Central and Othello campuses) and provide medical leadership including quality improvement, health equity innovation, integrated health services, clinical program development, and advancements in resident education and engagement.
