This role provides technical expertise to improve process performance, reliability, safety, and profitability through unit health monitoring, optimization, MOC reviews, HAZOPs, and cross‑functional collaboration. The engineer works closely with Operations and Commercial teams to troubleshoot issues, support operating plans, and deliver effective solutions, while also supporting capital and expense projects at feasibility and startup. What you’ll do: Monitor assigned process unit key performance indicators (KPI's), conduct appropriate tests, analyze data and recommend changes to improve performance, including preparation of quarterly KPI reports and Business Improvement Plan action items for all assigned process units.
