As a Compliance and Risk Officer/Manager, you will: Provide leadership and strategic direction for compliance and risk management programs, working collaboratively across departments and with credit union leadership to guide policies, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Be responsible for the BSA/AML program and formalizing existing compliance management systems. Monitor changes in laws and regulations, ensuring timely dissemination and necessary updates to policies and procedures. Manage, coach and mentor a small team of compliance staff who may have some operational duties.
