As a CNC Machinist at Kurt J. Lesker Company , you’ll manufacture precision , engineered‑to‑order components where accuracy, craftsmanship , and problem‑solving matter. In this hands‑on role, you’ll set up and operate vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines , machining complex metallic and non‑metallic parts to tight tolerances . This position is ideal for an experienced CNC Machinist who enjoys challenging work, collaborating with engineering, and producing high‑quality custom parts in a low‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing environment . Job Details: - Type of Employment: Full-time - Location: Jefferson Hills, PA - Division/Department: Manufacturing /Machine Shop - Reports to: CNC Supervisor - Pay: Up to $33/hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Qualifications Required: OR completion of Journeyman papers plus 2 years of experience Preferred: - Perform complex machining operations on CNC milling machines (vertical and horizontal) - Read, understand, and troubleshoot G‑code - Mentor and support other machinists in resolving complex machining challenges - Apply extensive knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) - Produce quality parts efficiently while me...
