As a Cardio Renal Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing AstraZeneca's Cardiorenal portfolio. This strategic commercial position involves developing local account plans to enhance treatment and prevention of heart failure (HF) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) through the uptake of our innovative medicines. You'll be responsible for the commercial performance of your accounts, leading market access initiatives, and building strategic relationships with key partners such as Nephrologists, Cardiologists, and Key External Experts. Your efforts will support the transition of care from secondary to primary settings, ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes. Accountabilities: Deliver sales targets for allocated brands. Develop and put into action business plans for the region, showcasing both short- and long-term planning.
