Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing: Operate or learn to operate pit loader transporting raw materials to feed the plant and load trucks maintaining stockpiles. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Assist with other tasks as needed to support plant operations. What Are We Looking For: Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
