We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. Role Overview: This role provides subject ‑ matter leadership in the adjudication and structuring of CMHC ‑ insured and conventional commercial real estate loans, including construction and term financings. The position partners closely with Sales, Underwriting, Credit Risk, Funding, and Servicing teams to guide transactions from early review through CMHC approval, internal credit approval, and funding. The role also supports business growth by training internal teams on CMHC policy and commercial real estate markets and by structuring syndication or participation loans with investor partners.
