Position Summary: Necco has an opportunity for a career as an Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapist . In this role, you will deliver intensive home-based treatment services to you facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Your primary focus will be empowering youth and caregivers to develop robust coping mechanisms, preventing the need for out-of-home placement, or aiding in a seamless transition back home from a more intensive care setting. Intensive Home-Based Treatment Services & Case Load Management - Deliver behavioral health services by assessing clients’ therapeutic needs and strengths, establishing therapeutic relationships, and employing interventions to enhance overall functioning - Act as a central point of contact for families, agencies, and court, maintaining communication within Necco’s confidentiality policies and procedures regarding clients’ performances - Take on the role of clinical lead for cases, developing, writing, and coordinating individual treatment plans.
